Fawad Yahya ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Fusion Football mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information You Provide:

• Player Name: A nickname you choose for the leaderboard. This is publicly visible to other players on the leaderboard.
• Country: A country you select to represent on the leaderboard. This is publicly visible.
• Game Scores: Your high scores are stored to compete on global and country-based leaderboards.

Automatically Collected Information:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version (anonymous).
• Advertising Identifiers: If you allow tracking, advertising identifiers may be used by ad networks to show personalized ads.

2. How We Use Information

• To enable global and country-based leaderboards
• To display advertisements (via Google AdMob)
• To process in-app purchases (via Apple App Store)
• To improve game experience

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google Firebase Firestore: Stores leaderboard data. Privacy Policy

4. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.

5. Data Storage and Security

Leaderboard data is stored on Google Firebase servers in Europe (eur3 region). Local data (high scores, settings) is stored only on your device.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Choose any nickname (no real name required)
• Stop using the App at any time
• Request deletion of your leaderboard entry by contacting us
• Disable advertising tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking

7. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Payment is processed by Apple. We do not store your payment information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
