Fawad Yahya ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Fusion Reflex mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

**Information You Provide:**

- **Player Name:** A nickname you choose for the leaderboard. This is publicly visible to other players on the leaderboard.
- **Country:** A country you select to represent on the leaderboard. This is publicly visible.
- **Game Scores:** Your high scores are stored to compete on global, reaction-time, and country-based leaderboards.


**Automatically Collected Information:**

- **Device Information:** Device type, operating system version, and app version (anonymous).
- **Advertising Identifiers:** If you allow tracking, advertising identifiers may be used by ad networks to show personalized ads.


## 2. How We Use Information

- To enable global, reaction-time, and country-based leaderboards
- To display advertisements (via Google AdMob)
- To process in-app purchases (via Apple App Store)
- To improve game experience

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

Leaderboard data is stored on Google Firebase servers in Europe (europe-west region). Local data (high scores, settings, extra lives) is stored only on your device.

## 6. Your Rights

You may:

- Choose any nickname (no real name required)
- Stop using the App at any time
- Request deletion of your leaderboard entry by contacting us
- Disable advertising tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking


## 7. In-App Purchases

The App offers the following in-app purchases:
- **Remove Ads** (one-time purchase)
- **10 Lives Pack** (consumable)
- **25 Lives Pack** (consumable)

Payment is processed by Apple. We do not store your payment information.

## 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
