How do I use AI Scan?
Open the Scan tab and make sure the correct track (Man/Woman) is selected at the top. Then either:
- Tap Photo and take or upload a picture of your report — Andro reads the text on your device, or
- Tap Manual and paste or type the report text yourself.
Tap Analyze. Each scan uses one AI-scan credit. Your result is shown on screen and automatically saved to "My analyses" (accessible from the clock icon at the top of the Scan tab), stored only on your device.
How do I buy or restore AI-scan credits / Remove Ads?
Tap the credits chip at the top of the Scan screen (or wait for the prompt when you run out) to see the available packs. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
If you've reinstalled Andro or switched devices, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases to bring back "Remove Ads" and any remaining entitlements tied to your Apple/Google account.
How do I change language or theme?
Open the Settings tab. You can switch between dark and light theme at the top, and choose from 13 supported languages further down — the change applies immediately throughout the app.
Is my data private?
Yes — Andro doesn't require an account, and your saved analyses and settings are stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full details, including exactly what happens to a report's text during an AI scan.
The app isn't working / a scan failed — what do I do?
Check your internet connection first, since AI Scan requires one. If the problem continues, email us at fawad.yahya78@gmail.com with a short description of what happened (and a screenshot if you have one) and we'll help.
